PHONE PROBLEMS

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are having technical problems with our phones today. If you have a question about an order that you placed, please email us and we will be able to get back to you thru email. If you would like to place an order, if you could do it online we would greatly appreciate it. Hopefully everything will be up and running tomorrow as they are working on it as we speak.  I will let you know when the problem is solved. Until then please be patient….thank you jlh

Fall Shop Hop is HERE!!!!  As always we are extending our area Shop Hop to our internet customers!! From October 17-October 20, for those of you that order and put in the comment section SHOP HOP, you will receive 20% off one regular price item that is in stock.  With a $5.00 purchase or more you will also receive a free pattern for our Shop Hop Quilt  shown here.  There is also going to be a kit available for our Shop Hop Quilt as well…visit our website www.primitivegatherings.us, it is a great wall hanging and looks like it will go together fairly easily, especially since you are using Thangles!!!  There are only a few exceptions to the 20% off one item, there will be no discount given on all quilts using the Old Glory Gatherings Line that is due out this next week, or on Valdani Thread kits, Dovo scissors, or special order wools. EVELYN’S ALBUM FINISHING KITS

JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW, THE FINISHING KITS FOR THE BLOCK OF THE WEEK WILL BE OUT BY THE END OF THE MONTH FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE YET TO GET IT.  IF YOU ARE STILL QUESTIONING IF YOU ARE GETTING THE FINISHING KIT, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BLOCK 12.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT IT PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL AND WE WILL DOUBLE CHECK FOR YOU.  I WILL BE OUT OF TOWN FOR A WEEK IN ATLANTA FOR A SHOW AND SOME FUN WITH ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS, AND WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS WHEN I GET BACK. THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS IF YOU CALL THE SHOP, SO PLEASE EMAIL ME AND I WILL GET BACK TO YOU AS SOON AS I CAN.

Block of the Months Changes Coming

We want to let all of you know who are doing the Block of the Month, that we are going to be doing a little different of a system in hopes that it will help everyone get their blocks in a timely manner and around the same time every month. From now on your blocks will be shipping by your last name alphabetically.  That way if you are in several blocks all of them will go at the same time, no more holding for a block that comes out in the last half of the month.  So if you are in the A’s you will get your blocks towards the beginning of the month, and so on and so forth. We hope that this will go smoothly and that everyone will know about when to look for their blocks coming to them in the future. Fall Frolic

 

Since we have had so many of you all calling and wanting to join the Fall Frolic Block of the Month, we have talked with Cindy and she is going to be doing some more kits.  They will only be available for a short time so if you would like to get in on it PLEASE do not wait to sign up!!!  The pattern is $28.00 and needs to be ordered separately, and the quilt blocks per month are $18 for 12 months.  REMEMBER if you sign up with us on a block of the month, you have committed to us for those 12 months.  Thank you jlh
